Tai Ji and Qigong

I have practiced the Chinese internal arts for many years. These easy flowing movements help us release stress, balance body, mind and promote good health or the movement of Chi. Sometimes we will do just 10 minutes of these forms at the beginning of the session which helps us to be centered, calm and relaxed thus promoting a deeper conversation and process. In my men’s groups I start the group with 25 minutes of either Tai Ji or Qigong for a 90 minute group.
