Emotional freedom Technique EFT

EFT is a coping skill I teach all my clients. It utilizes acupressure points and western psychology. We tap on 10 points on the body to release negative emotion and thoughts and then set intentions of how we would like to live more fully. EFT is taught by therapists all over the country, is easy to learn and can be used anywhere at any time. We all need to take care of ourselves better. We all have feelings we don’t want to feel and stuck mindsets. The mind likes to churn on problems but can’t really figure them out. This is stressful and can wear you down.EFT is a way to clear emotions and see challenges in a new way. It can be helpful for low self esteem, relationship issues, motivation, for clarity in setting goals, for pain reduction and creating new more positive intentions.
